    • What is the common vision of members of the Academy community? I think that it could be said that we all believe that live webcasting creates an environment for an exciting  and sometimes unpredictable discussion to happen which is different from an asynchronous discussion.
    • What are the learning outcomes that are the basis for evaluating the success of work undertaken in the Academy? I would say to be able to webcast in a purposeful way and then continue the discussion in an asynchronous manner in a blog.
    • How do we evaluate the success of the Academy’s work? By the quality and size of the community that develops as a result of webcasting?
    • What personal motivations do individual community members have for being involved? To acheive a personal objective motivated by strong personal beliefs... for me... the newest technologies offer us opportunities to make the world a better and more peaceful place.
